Returns will be accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery.
Returned items require a Return Authorization. Please call or email us for an R.A. number prior to shipping your returned item. The R.A. number must be written on the outside of the return package. We will email you a label for return to us. Include the amount paid with your return and we will do your return under the same form we did the order.
Returns sent back to us for refund or exchange without an R.A. number will be refused.
Returned items must be in the new and saleable condition they were when delivered.
Custom made garments or items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
We reserve the right to charge a 50% re-stocking fee on items returned for refund. Or you may choose a Store Credit, which will give you a full refund usable for future purchases, minus shipping charges.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
We recommend insuring the package and purchasing tracking services for your protection.
Exchanges are only acceptable on stock items, No custom made items are refundable.
